Recomanda si propune filme ce meita sa apara in aceasta minunata colectie de filme favorite lasand un masaj mai jos.

Te-ai gandit vreodata ca alegerea unui film ti-ar putea rezolva toate problemele?

O algere potrivita a unui film poate sa iti schimbe starea de spirit in doar cateva ore.

Te simti deprimata? Sigur o comedie isi va schimba starea de spirit. Crezi ca esti o persoana ghinionista, un film dur te va face sa redescoperi toate micile bucurii ale vietii. Iata cum un film iti poate schimba viata si modul de a gandi:

Rasul face minuni

Rasul este cel mai bun medicament! Cercetatorii au descoperit ca 10 minute de ras echivaleaza cu doua ore de somn, de aceea a si aparut terapia prin ras. Pentru a o practica este suficient sa te uiti la o comedie buna iar starea ta de spirit se va schimba cu siguranta. Platon spunea: “Pana si zeilor le plac glumele.”, iar in Coran este scris: “Cel care isi face prietenul sa rada merita sa se duca in Rai.”

Asadar, daca o problema nu iti da pace, pentru a lua o decizie corecta trebuie sa reusesti sa te deconectezi. O comedie poate fi solutia de care ai nevoie. Avand o dispozitie mult mai buna, gandind pozitiv, vei reusi cu siguranta sa iei cele mai bune decizii!

Plansul te ajuta sa te descarci

Cercetatorii au descoperit ca plansul te poate ajuta atunci cand ai probleme si asta pentru ca reusesti sa te eliberezi si sa reduci stresul.
Plansul este o stare normala, prin care exteriorizam ceea ce simtim. Sunt insa si situatii in care plangem fara sa stim motivul. In realitate se poate intampla sa trecem printr-o perioada tensionata, sau sa ne confruntam cu un conflict interior.

Din cauza presiunii s-ar putea sa se intample chiar contrariul si sa nu putem sa plangem, desi suntem constienti ca ne-ar ajuta sa ne simtim mai bine, sa ne descarcam. Pansul ne poate ajuta sa ne rezolvam toate acele tensiuni sufletesti si sa ne regasim echilibrul interior. O drama, un film in a carui poveste sa te regasesti te poate ajuta sa te descatusezi sufleteste si sa te faca sa te simti mult mai bine.

Recapata-ti forta interioara

Cu totii trecem uneori prin perioade in care suntem deprimati, nu mai gasim acea forta interioara, nu mai avem incredere in noi insine. Viata are suisurile si coborasurile ei si trebuie sa fim capabili sa facem fata ambelor situatii.
Pentru a-ti reincarca bateriile si pentru a te redescoperii alege un film bazat pe o poveste reala, cu happy end, care abordeaza aceleasi probleme cu care te confrunti si tu. Cum reusesc personajele din film sa ia deciziile corecte? Acestia pot fi un exemplu pozitiv pentru tine si te pot ajuta sa vezi situatia dintr-un alt punct de vedere.
Imbunatatirea comunicarii

Fie ca este vorba de problemele de comunicare pe care le ai in relatia cu sotul, familia, sau prietenii, acestea pot fi rezolvate daca alegi un film potrivit in situatia potrivita! Exista o multime de filme care trateaza acest subiect din mai multe perspective printre care: comunicarea pozitiva intr-o relatie si comunicare negativa. Daca ai probleme cu partenerul, alege un film la care sa va uitati impreuna si care, practic, sa-i transmita mesajul tau. Explica-i de ce ai ales filmul rspectiv. Acesta poate sa devin o metafora a sentimentelor tale pe care nu ai reusit sa le transpui in cuvinte.

Poti sa faci o selectie cu filmele preferate in functie de starea pe care o ai sa le folosesti ca metoda de terapie. Cauta povestile si personajele cu care sa te identifici. Acestea te vor ajuta sa gasesti solutii la problemele cu care te confrunti si sa iti recapeti buna dispozitie!
